Eyden Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website or use an application. Similar technologies — including software development kits (SDKs), pixels, local storage, and device identifiers — perform comparable functions within mobile apps and connected experiences. In this Policy, we refer to all of these collectively as "cookies".

Cookies allow us to recognise your device, remember your preferences, understand how the Platform is used, and deliver a secure, performant experience.

We use the following categories of cookies across the Eyden web portal, resident app, admin console, and marketing pages: • Strictly necessary — required to operate the Platform, authenticate your session, route requests securely, and remember your consent choices. These cannot be disabled without impairing core functionality. • Functional — remember your language, region, theme, accessibility preferences, and interface customisations so you do not have to set them on every visit. • Analytics and performance — help us understand how Users interact with the Platform, which features are used, and where issues occur, so we can improve reliability and design. Wherever practicable we use aggregated or pseudonymised data. • Security and fraud prevention — detect anomalies, abuse, and unauthorised access to safeguard accounts, buildings, and connected systems. • Marketing and communications — used only with your consent on our public marketing surfaces, to measure campaign performance and tailor information about Eyden products and features.

First-party cookies are set directly by Eyden. Third-party cookies are set by service providers we engage to support the Platform (for example analytics, communications, payment, and identity-verification providers) or by integrated systems the Customer has chosen to connect.

Third-party providers process data in accordance with their own privacy and cookie policies. A list of material sub-processors is available on request.

Cookies are either: • Session cookies — temporary, deleted automatically when you close your browser or app session; or • Persistent cookies — remain on your device for a defined period or until you delete them, so we can recognise you on future visits. Specific retention durations vary by cookie and purpose, and may be configured by the Customer for data within its instance of the Platform.

You can manage cookie preferences at any time through your browser settings, your device's privacy controls, or — where available — through an in-app cookie or privacy control surfaced within the Platform.

Most browsers allow you to refuse new cookies, delete existing cookies, or be notified when cookies are set. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will impair core Platform functionality, including sign-in and security features.

Where cookies are used on the basis of consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. The updated Policy will be posted on the Platform and the "Last Updated" date will be revised. Where changes are material, we will provide additional notice before the changes take effect.
